Wildflower Studios is New York’s only high performance production facility purpose-built for the unique needs of 21st-century storytelling.

Minutes from central Manhattan, Wildflower Studios is a self-contained creative campus composed of eleven combinable studio suites, each containing independent parking and access, a large-span stage, and dedicated support spaces that allow for seamless work from prep through post-production.

Wildflower provides state-of-the-art studios, tools, and technologies to develop film, TV, games, AR/VR, and other digital media from pre-production to post, all under one roof.

Wildflower Studios is a 775,000+-square-foot vertical media production facility.

Eleven State-of-the-Art, Combinable Sound Stages

Stages average 18,000± and offer 45-foot heights to grid with a sound-proof rating of NC-25. Movable NIC-55 acoustic elephant doors offer the possibility of connecting up to three stages.

Convenient Parking with Direct Stage Access

300+ secure, indoor parking spaces and 26 loading docks allow trucks and trailers to directly access the first level of sound stages.

Dynamic Spaces for Collaboration, Connection, and World-Class Services

Amenities include a new waterfront park, private terraces with views of the Manhattan skyline, and a commissary featuring menus by acclaimed chefs.

Elephant Production Elevators

In addition to passenger and service elevators, each stage has dedicated access to a freight elevator large enough to fit a box truck.

Luxury Green Room

A 3,000 sq. foot green-room suite with fireplace, lounge, and terrace.

Dedicated Support Spaces

Each stage has secure, dedicated support spaces including carpentry scene shops, dressing rooms, production offices, and elevators.

In addition to production spaces, Wildflower’s world-class food program, waterfront park, and community spaces provide opportunities for rest, connection, and collaboration.

Location

Wildflower is located 9.4 miles from Midtown Manhattan, 1.6 miles from LaGuardia International Airport, and  12.1 miles from JFK International Airport, along the Astoria, Queens waterfront. 

A shuttle service will provide direct access from public transportation at Ditmars Station to the entrance of the facility.

Wildflower is developed by lifelong New Yorker and film industry veteran Robert De Niro and real-estate visionary Adam Gordon, Raphael De Niro, and designed by the groundbreaking architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG).
